"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Urr, haha. I can give you a series of instructions for various things, but not for animating pictures, cause I still don't know how to.
Well, I suggest you start with brushes. Uhm, I'll try type it out on MS Word or something and send it through e-e-mail or I'll send it through messages here.. takes too long to explain it as comments.
The best advice right now, is for you to experiment with PS yourself for the time being till I get stuff typed up.
Eh, with your creativity, you could probably create something with experimenting in PS for the time being... You'll figure things out pretty easily. But i'll get the stuff typed up as soon as I've finished english work XD

oh, it is carissa. I just found your comment on my page. Err... I dont really know how to make moving pics. I know you can do it in photoshop though, but I haven't really bothered mucking around with the programme to find out yet.
I suggest that you go and look at some tutorials on the net, I don't know a particular site, but you could try searching. =]
